Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
2. If the order is canceled within the specified time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
3. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our mushroom products.
2. In case of any issues such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate your request and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
1. Refunds are processed only in cases where a cancellation is made within the allowed period or if an item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
